A very friendly yet professional experience every time. Most recent visit was to replace front suspension coil springs. I contacted Ross and was booked in within a week. His team were up to their eyeballs in jobs and could have done without my flat tyre thanks to a nail. Ross showed up within 20mins with one of his team, inflated my tyre then drove away. (Roadside assist phoned me 7hrs later to say they were en route 🤯). Ross consistently goes over and above, just can't fault the man, his team, the service, the professionalism and the attention to getting shit sorted! Currently delighted I chose to live somewhere with a mechanic like Ross who I can trust to get my car on the road, not have to agonise over if I'm going to get ripped off 🫣 and have a genuinely positive interaction with a quality local business. Have seen Ross and his team grow over that time, through nothing short of the excellent service being provided. On every occasion, the experience has been warm and welcoming. With Ross and his team its not just a service with payment. Its a transactional service with maintenance/repairs, much needed education and giggles albeit, sometimes tears from both sides (im not the easiest customer - bad choice in cars). Their committed attitude to training and customer service are to the highest standard and I always leave with my car fixed, high quality education provided helping me to keep my car at its best and feeling much lighter.
